The Meeting Room at the AUA Barsam Suites is an ideal venue for your business gatherings. Workshops, training sessions or business meetings can be organized by our staff to meet your professional needs. Our Meeting Room can also serve as a place to organize your family and friends’ get-togethers.
Whether it is for business or leisure, we are eager to arrange your function. Access to the University infrastructure allows us to serve your needs at the hughest professional standards.
The Meeting Room can seat forty persons in a theater setting and twenty-five to thirty – in a U-shaped or round-table setting.
Equipment to meet the needs of your gathering can be ordered and arranged through our staff at discounted rates from the AUA Business Center and AUA Bagramian building. We offer the following:
- LCD projector
- Overhead projector
- Laptop
- Screens
- Microphones (wired and wireless)
- Simultaneous translation equipment
