We offer three configurations meant to serve individual needs and taste: the Junior Suite or studio, the Senior Suite or one-bedroom apartment, and the Executive Suite or two bedroom apartment.

We are located in a prime location, only a few steps away from the Republic Square, next to the Government Building, in the heart of the business center, within walking distance to downtown Yerevan ’s attractions and entertainment.

We offer privacy with just twenty-three units and all with round the clock superior service for the ultimate bed and breakfast experience.
